Fees 

• Limited Appraisals – these are informal appraisals, requiring research through art databases and  gallery sales. If you are just curious about what you have, or are thinking of re-sale, these are estimates of value that would fulfill  your needs.                                 $45.00

• Written Limited Appraisal        $125.00

• Appraisal Reports – these are formal reports as required by insurance carriers for replacement value, and the federal government for charitable contributions for tax purposes.    The Report defines how the value was determined, what approaches were used, and a rational of value that arrives as a fixed dollar amount. These Appraisal Reports are legal documents, and are in compliance with USPAP (Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practices     $300.00

• Multiple appraisals – If you have more than one object to be appraised,  I can give you an estimate of my fee based on my hourly fee of $125.00.

•  Estate Settlement – hourly fee       $125.00
